Inserting prompts
SprintBrain gives you two ways to insert a prompt, depending on how often you use it.Method 1 — The """ picker overlay
Type three double-quotes (""") in any input field — a Gmail compose window, a ChatGPT chat box, Slack, your CRM, or anywhere else you type — and the prompt picker overlay opens inline. Browse your library by folder, or start typing to search by name, intent, or strategy. Press Enter or click a result to insert the prompt at your cursor.
The
""" trigger is the default. If you have customised your prompt trigger in Settings → Triggers, use your configured sequence instead.Method 2 — Per-prompt shortcut expansion
Give any prompt its own shortcut in the prompt editor (for example,coderev). Then type your prompt trigger prefix + the shortcut + Tab anywhere — for example, /coderev + Tab — and the prompt expands directly, without opening the picker. Use this method for prompts you reach for dozens of times a day.

Prompts and snippets share the same trigger system, folder structure, and team-sharing model — learn how the two asset types work together.
Your prompt library is shared with your team through the same folder-based model as snippets. Share a folder and every prompt inside it becomes available to your teammates immediately — in their dashboard, their Chrome extension, and their mobile view — with the same View, Edit, and Owner permission levels.
