SprintBrain records every expansion so you can see which snippets your team actually uses — not which ones you think they use. Open the Analytics section of the dashboard to turn raw usage events into actionable insight.

Contribution heatmap

The heatmap shows snippet expansion activity day by day across the past year, modeled after a GitHub contributions graph. Each square represents one calendar day; darker squares mean more expansions on that day. How to read it:
  • Empty squares — no expansions on that day
  • Light squares — a few expansions
  • Dark squares — heavy usage day
Use the heatmap to:
  • Spot onboarding dips after a new team member joins
  • Identify weekends, holidays, or quiet periods
  • Confirm that a newly shared snippet folder is being adopted
Hover over any square for an exact count and the full date. You can toggle the Private contributions setting to show or hide exact counts in the heading and tooltips.

Top triggers table

A ranked list of your most-used snippets, showing four columns for each entry:
Use the top triggers table to find two kinds of opportunity: high-value snippets worth polishing (used often — small improvements have outsized impact) and low-use snippets that might need a better shortcut, a clearer description, or simply a reminder to the team that they exist.

Usage charts

Library-level charts break down expansion activity by:
  • Snippet — see exactly which pieces of content drive the most value
  • Folder — compare adoption across different topic areas or teams
  • Team member — for shared folders, see who is getting the most leverage from the library
All charts update in real time, so the numbers reflect actual usage with no sampling or delay.

The full analytics dashboard — including the heatmap, top triggers table, and usage charts — is accessible from any mobile browser at app.sprintbrain.com. Check adoption trends from your phone without needing the desktop dashboard.
